Patenting and licensing

  Patenting and licensing of inventions, innovations and trademarks is one of the most important activities of InterAMI Corporation as the process of design and manufacturing of modern interiors, and especially aircraft interiors, constantly calls for new approaches and creative solutions. The certification of inventions used in passenger cabin designs and protection of intellectual property rights on inventions and trademarks of InterAMI is confirmed by licenses and other copyright protection documents.
  Thus, in conformity with Ukrainian legislation relating to the protection of intellectual property rights, the Patenting and Licensing Department of InterAMI obtained 13 utility patents and 12 design patents and registered 2 trademarks. Some utility and design patent applications have been submitted to the State Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Education and Science and now are being processed.

  The Russian Agency of patents and trademarks of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property registered 5 utility patent applications and 2 trademark applications. These applications are currently pending. The Patent Office of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued 8 utility patents.

  In accordance with Patent Cooperation Treaty of Paris Convention for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) registered two international patent applications in the following patenting counties: France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States of America, Brazil and Russian Federation. The international novelty search and preliminary examination of these applications have already been successfully completed and now they are transferred for the registration to the national Patent Offices of the corresponding countries. The utility and design patents held by InterAMI Interior have received wide recognition of experts.
